I'll review this one later this week. Hog Farm Talk 02:44, 31 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Do you think it would be useful to have a link for the rifled terminology?
    • Good idea
  • "During this period, she joined her the gunboats Camäleon" - something has gone wrong here
    • Fixed
  • "Fuchs then served as a tender in Wilhelmshaven while the defensive mine barriers protecting the approaches to the Jade" - I don't think this is grammatical
    • Probably something that got rewritten one too many times ;)
  • "Her sailing rig was removed and a simple pole mast was fitted for signaling purposes." - is it known when the sailing rig had been re-installed after it was removed during the original period of inactivity?
    • No, unfortunately

I'll do the source checks once this is complete; I still have the Groner source scan in my email. Hog Farm Talk 00:57, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks again, HF! Parsecboy (talk) 19:17, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • "She was then struck from the naval register on 14 November." - source check is accurate
  • "Fuchs was 41.2 meters (135 ft 2 in) long overall, with a beam of 6.69 m (21 ft 11 in) and a draft of 2.2 m (7 ft 3 in)." - source check is accurate
  • "The ship was armed with a battery of one rifled 24-pounder muzzle-loading gun and two rifled 12-pounder muzzle-loading guns" - source check is accurate

No issues with the above; promoting. Hog Farm Talk 20:35, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
