1993 Took over Maxtor (US HDD main factory)
[edit]It says in the text: 1993 Took over Maxtor (US HDD main factory). The Maxtor page mentions Maxtor was bought by Seagate in 2006, nothing about Hynix in 1993. What I think this text means (but I'm not sure), is that the main production factory of Maxtor in the US was bought by Hynix in 1993. (The Maxtor page does mention Maxtor being close to bankcrupty in 1992.) --DanielPharos (talk) 16:06, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
"Second largest memory chipmaker" - after who???
