User WLSchnee - I am the historian of the Rutgers University Glee Club. The executive council of our Glee Club decided it would be fun to create a Wikipedia entry for the Glee Club, so I created this one last night but had only so far copied the history from our webpage to this space with complete authority to do so.

Wikipedia gets lots of copyvios all the time, so it is difficult to know which are posted with permission. If you can show that you are the copyright holder or have permission to copy the content from the website (perhaps through a link from the club website to this article?), you are welcome to repost the content you posted before (pictures are alright if they are old enough to have run out of copyright or if permission is granted from the photographer). But please also note the Wikipedia NPOV policy - "Musical Excellence since 1872" is marketing, but is not really a suitable heading in an encyclopedia entry. u p p l a n d 07:16, 22 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if anyone actively edits/monitors this article, but check out Cornell Glee Club and Harvard Glee Club, both of which I have worked on. They have lots of citations and are somewhat better organized. If anyone has access to historical docs or stuff that can be used to provide proper citations, this will become a very good article.--Dmz5*Edits**Talk* 02:35, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I would agree. But unfortunately, I don't have much access, or at this point interest (I spent one day in glee club at rutgers before I got kicked out). Harvard Glee Club looks good. —ExplorerCDT 03:50, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
