CEDU

[edit]

I removed some POV language and plug for a non-notable business in the area, rewrote the bit about the CEDU schools, added half a sentence regarding the controversy over said schools and sourced that info from the SB Sun. While researching that, I also found several (about a dozen) articles in The (Spokane, WA) Spokesman-Review about lawsuits against another CEDU/Brown Schools school up in Idaho alleging similar abuse, but I didn't include them here as they're not wholly relevant to the schools in Running Springs. If/when an article on that school system is created, go into Newsbank (if you have access through a university or such) and search The Spokesman-Review for "CEDU"--or leave me a note on my talk page and I'll go do it. cluth 22:15, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hilltoppers

[edit]

Having lived in Lake Arrowhead for 12 years, I have never heard one person use the term "Hilltoppers." Flatlanders is definately a common phrase however. Personally I think that using the term flatlanders makes us seem kind of primitive, like cavemen or something. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.205.120.223 (talk) 06:18, 22 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]
