Named by whom?
[edit]I'm pretty sure this plant was described in 1860 (by Chapman) but I'm not sure which "named by" category is relevant? As a practical matter, the taxa were named by Shuttleworth, but for the purposes of categorization, were the taxa named by Shuttleworth, Chapman, or both?
