This article seems to have been written to praise its subject, making it uninformative and a very poor scientific biography. While containing much uncited material, it makes no mention of the mechanics and impact of his studies, and may be construed as a resumé list of his accomplishments and accolades, resembling a collection of dust-jacket "biographies". Dating from Wikipedia's era of quantity over quality, it's a very poor example of a Wikipedia medical/scientific biography, and needs much work to meet our standards. Would anyone like to tag it as such?--Quisqualis (talk) 14:13, 8 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
