Rudolf or Rudolph

Shouldn't this be "Rudolph" not "Rudolf" as I thought Wikipedia followed the usual convention of using Anglicized names for historic nobility? Interestingly, the German script above his contemporary picture reads "Churfürst Rudolph II." So it would seem even the Germans used "Rudolph".
