Re: Criticism

[edit]

The criticism section appears to be original research and synthesis not appropriate to Wikipedia. It seems a useful section to have, and I suggest replacing it with something that cites sources which criticize Rudi's prognostications and refer to him by name. And surely there must be some that have good things to say. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 00:02, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ditto. It is obvious what the opinion of the author of the criticism section is, so it's POV and OR. A criticism section would be worthwhile, if anyone has ever criticized him in print, but as it is this section needs to be reverted. I'll give a little time for someone to clean it up, though, in lieu of reverting. Duoduoduo (talk) 20:44, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article has a detailed person infobox and a reasonable biography though nowhere are there citations to verifiable sources for this information. There is a criticism section which has original research and analysis not appropriate to Wikipedia. Such a section would be useful to include if it cited sources analyzing Dornbusch by name, and it should be much less POV than the current one. A portrait would be good. And perhaps there are additional economics infoboxes lying about which would be appropriate here. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 00:09, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
