So, when did it actually open? I can't figure it out. There's something about 1845 and nine years, but it's not clear if the nine refers to the earlier date of 1836 or 1845. And then it says it took 18 months to build, but again, there's no date on either the start of end of construction. So does this one really predate the one in Russia or not? And if it does, THAT article needs to be changed. Maury 12:48, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I believe it's clear from the text that the structure in Brussels preceded the one in Russia. Please be bold and make whatever changes you think necessary. --Ghirla | talk 12:59, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
