While internally at the Royal Society we always use a capital 'F' for 'Fellow' regardless of sentence position, the consensus at WP seems to be not to capitalise. So this article should probably be moved to 'Royal fellow of the Royal Society' to be consistent with List of fellows of the Royal Society and List of female fellows of the Royal Society.
