Everything looks good with the article, so I am passing it to GA status. I made one tweak to a reference, but other than that couldn't find anything I wanted to change :) I'm assuming that further information on the guy is just not available, but if it is, more info on his early life would be nice. This article does a creditable job of handling its subject's military service, but shortchanges the rest of his life. The fact that he was married doesn't come up until the article mentions that he was survived by a wife and children, for example. The decade-plus of the interbellum is brushed aside in a couple of sentences. Surely he did more than run a grazing operation. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 14:09, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
