Insufficient explanation

[edit]

I don't get it. Please expande this article to answer the following questions? Who owns and/or manages the park currently? What level of protection does it have? Who wants it to become a national park? What do the current owners/managers think of effort? How would it's level of protection change if ti became a national park? --Kevlar (talkcontribs) 17:29, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Canada's first national park within a municipality?

[edit]

The introduction current says, "if successful, the park will be Canada's first national park within a municipality". Isn't, for example, Point Pelee National Park within the Town of Leamington. The article for Leamington claims that that municipality includes the national park. --thirty-seven (talk) 21:01, 16 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Is this not now officially Rouge National Urban Park?

[edit]

According to Parks Canada's website (http://www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/on/rouge/about/jalons-milestones.aspx), Rouge National Urban park came into existence on May 15, 2015. Should the article not be moved to a more appropriate title and edited appropriately? 209.226.209.45 (talk) 01:43, 8 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
