Rather than mention some obscure magazine article, wouldn't it be better to mention (or at least add) that his civil war letters were edited by noted historian James M. McPherson (and his wife Patricia R. McPherson) and pubished as "Lamson of the Gettysburg" by Oxford University Press about 10 years ago? Jmdeur (talk) 07:47, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
