The result of the move request was: created new dab page at the target location Kotniski (talk) 10:58, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
Rose Green, Suffolk → Rose Green — There are other locations outside Suffolk (see List of United Kingdom locations: Ros-Rz#Rosc-Roud)

Oppose Rose Green contains edit history of an article that was merged to Aldwick. Rose Green, West Sussex is contained in the Aldwick article. The edit history needs to be moved to Rose Green, Sussex/Rose Green, Wessex/Rose Green, West Sussex.76.66.198.128 (talk) 05:25, 21 October 2010 (UTC)- Edit history was moved. So, moving the dab page, and including the third value seems to be a viable solution. 76.66.198.128 (talk) 13:37, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
- Support. Rose Green now redirects here, with the old page history at Rose Green, West Sussex. PC78 (talk) 07:02, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
- Comment - I'm not convinced that either of the Rose Greens in Suffolk are noteworthy enough to merit an article at all - they seem to be little more than a couple of houses. Therefore the best solution would be for Rose Green to redirect straight to Aldwick, the current home of the article for Rose Green, Sussex. — Amakuru (talk) 07:09, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
- Even though both Rose Greens in Suffolk are small they are still hamlets, to verify this, check at Ordnance Survey eg the Rose Green near Lindsey it located on a road inbetween Round Maple and Kersey and near the village of Lindsey and while Rose Green, West Sussex may have a larger population that all the other Rose Greens put together (there is Rose Green, Essex, Rose Green, Lindsey, Rose Green, Assington (verify at List of United Kingdom locations: Ros-Rz#Rosc-Roud)) the only 2 that appear on an A–Z Road Atlas are Rose Green, Lindsey and Rose Green, Essex so even if Rose Green, West Sussex has a higher population it certainly isn't the most significant. - Comment It strikes me that non of them are notable. The A-Z Road atlas is hardly the best reference. Just because somewhere is named doesn't make it a hamlet. If they cannot be referenced elsewhere they should be deleted or merged.--J3Mrs (talk) 13:32, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
- This is a mess at the moment. Clearly there's no reason for "Suffolk" in the dab page name. I'm just going to be bold and make a new dab page at the correct location.--Kotniski (talk) 10:58, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
