@Roeeorland: It seems to be translated from the Hebrew wiki, which says

The word מחדלים can mean omissions but in the context maybe it means failures or negligence. I'll put failures as generic enough to not be wrong, but it would be good to have something more specific. Zerotalk09:29, 8 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
