Extramarital affair?

I trimmed a passage that claimed Rotunda had an extramarital affair. Per WP:BLP negative claims that aren't referenced are supposed to be removed. I looked for references to the woman the passage named as the other party and found nothing but mirrors to this article. Geo Swan (talk) 08:25, 31 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Death

I found out from his close friend, fellow law professor and "claremonster" F.H. "Frank" Buckley that he passed from pneumonia. Does anyone have his D.O.B.? I'll post it, along with his professional obituary when it is published.
