Article needs updating re: court appeal.
The text in the Morgan Stanley paragraph states, "The trial court rejected his arguments, but as of January 2009, he is beseeching Florida's 4th Circuit to reopen the case.[59]

Source for pronunciation of "Perelman"?
In the oodles of news clips I've watched online, his surname is always pronounced PURL-muhn (like "pearl") and not PAIR-uhl-muhn. I don't see a source in the Wiki article which shows where the latter pronunciation comes from. 67.83.99.134 (talk) 23:30, 11 September 2021 (UTC)corpho
