Template about Indigenous Australians

[edit]
Non-talk info
Indigenous Australians should be aware that this article may contain pictures and names of deceased Aboriginal people and or images of their art work. In many Aboriginal communities restrictions apply on viewing images of people who have died. If appropriate, the approval of the relevant local community leaders should be sought before this page is viewed.

The removed the template above from the article. This was the only article on Wikipedia on which it seems to have been used. As far as I know, Wikipedia does not warn about content that may be contained in an article. This is probably because of the potential explosion in the number of special tags that might ensue. Even the main page for Indigenous Australians does not use such a template and it contains such images. Further discussion on this topic is probably best handled at the talk page for Indigenous Australians. Jason Quinn (talk) 14:31, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
