Fair use rationale for Image:COATARMS.gif

[edit]

Image:COATARMS.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:03, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Merger of elementary schools

[edit]

As of summer of 2010, Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School in Toledo was permanently closed. Students had the option to be enrolled at Little Flower Elementary, which has been renamed St. Benedict Elementary (a charter school). Father James Roth/ sexual abuse of my son who was 7

[edit]

The catholic community needs to get mad, due to priests molesting young children with medical conditions. Our eldest son went to St. Francis and was in a horrific accident and we decided he needed counseling to get through this horrible accident. Enter father James Roth, came to our home to counsel our 17 year old. He obviously had taken this service with underlying motives. Our 7 year old son was molested by father James Roth for almost 2 years. He was very discreet about his sinful behavior. Our son didn't tell us until he was 21. He's almost 30 now but severely struggled with drug addiction and is finally clean and trying to live his best life. It's taken a very long difficult experience praying we don't get a phone call telling us our son was gone. We went to the diocese and our son told them what happened, they pulled father Roth from a school up in Canada. He was brought back to monroe county because that's where we lived at the time of our son's abuse. Well father Roth left a letter of confession and then killed himself with a very high dose of diabetic medication. The Catholics have never let us see the letter he wrote because I think there was other children listed. We hired a attorney for our son to no avail, they have a very good legal team. It was frustrating beyond words!!! They should have helped our son. My husband and I felt they should have paid for him go to college and get a degree in what he wants to do in life because his life was altered that day that father Roth came into our family's home. Instead they offered nothing and to top it off we can't even see the letter he left. Our attorney said they would just keep dragging it out until the statute of limitations. Well today I saw a commercial stating that they are taking the statute off and you can go after them. Now I'm going to talk to my son and see what he wants to do, I feel the Catholics owe him for taking his childhood away from him. He needs closure. The Catholics owe him that and we should be allowed to see father Roth's letter!!! Our whole family needs closure. So if anyone is interested in helping to represent my son and get justice for him please get ahold of me. Since the early 2000s our lives have been drastically changed from a act of horrible conduct by a priest who we trusted and who changed our whole family's lives forever!! 72.241.188.75 (talk) 14:34, 30 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
