[edit]

The recent edit [1] seems to be a direct copy of the official history from the homepage of the Archdiocese of Verapoly. On the other hand the text that was replaced and at least some of the rest of the page seems to have come directly from the Archdiocese of Verapoly entry in the Catholic Encylopedia (1913).

According to WP:COPYVIO I should revert the page and make a note on the talk page however I do not need to list the page for investigation. 75.69.0.58 (talk) 09:12, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have objection in content which is put here which is Syrian perspective of Veraploy Archdiocese. But the reach and history of this institution is far beyond that.

Other than the so called St Thomas Christian there are relevant history on the pure Catholic presence, we should not forget the history of Diocese of Kollam, which was directly constituted by the Pope. No way Diamper synod cold be blamed. This was called to renew the Christian life here, at that which was under the influence of non-catholic powers. As the administrator and pastor Bishop Goa has the right to direct his flock to the right catholic direction.

In this history the contributions of the Diocese of forgotten, If the educational system and social justice is here in Kerala that was because of Great Archbishops of Verapploy.

And lets not forget that fact that St. Thoams was in communion with the Jesus and by that with the Chair of St. Peter.
