Why are there articles like this? This man seems to have no historical relevance whatsoever. (unsigned by user:Elysium_845)
- Not only was he a published author of several significant engineering manuals, he was instrumental in the early development of both Michigan State University and East Lansing, Michigan. Several Wikipedia pages link to him. Seems historically relevant enough, though I would rate this article Stub class at present. See http://kevinforsyth.net/ELMI/engineering-shops.htm#RC for more.
