Revising

Is that all there is?

A previous entry suggested that some editorial license was taken to remove content here. Whitewash was the term employed, if memory serves.

I believe it. I was struck at the paucity of information contained on this page. I see no mention of where Ailes currently resides, or information pertaining to his wife, children, or anything personal which is attendant for every other notable figure from Nobel laureats to former Presidential hopefuls.

The absence of information suggests to me there is something to hide. Know nothing of the man, this leaves me profoundly suspicous of the man and of the minions who might wish to hide the details -- and flaws? -- of his career? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.204.201.62 (talk) 06:04, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Also: what is his religious affiliations and/or beliefs? Certainly this would be a noteable fact that most of his fans wouldn't object to sharing (unless, of course, it is embarassing too; perhaps he may be a bit of a hypocrit in this area?). BTW, I've noticed that the article on Rupert Murdoch used to say that he (Murdoch) was a Roman Catholic, but now it just says he's "Christian" (did he formally leave Catholicism or is he just being more vague nowadays?). Anyway, back to Ailes, certainly anyone of this stature pondering (or alleged to be pondering) a run for the U.S. Presidency is fair game for a stab at what [specifically] their views on religion are; Lord knows they (the pundits, et. al.) over-scrutinize all the rest, particularly Mitt Romney and Barack Obama. It looks like he might be able to make it go away, just by coughing up $11 million of FOX's money, probably not too difficult for Mr Ailes. This sentence doesn't make sense
