[edit]Just thought I'd add a little to the dry-as-dust stuff above. From whatever I remember, the 'increased competition' referred to above was large US manufacturers just blatantly stealing the intellectual property of Rodime, and driving it out of business. I think , years later, various parties did have to cough up monies, but by that time mostly what remained of Rodime was , share certificates, and the promise of eventual monies from settled patent actions. Presumably the 'reverse takeover' referred to is what's more usually referred to as buying up a 'shell company' that has tax losses?
