V-17?
[edit]I noticed that V-17 redirects here. The article reads "The V-17 is a fictional rocket mentioned in Robert Heinlein's book Rocket Ship Galileo". Is this the Nazi ship? If so, can someone add it to the article? It's been a long time since I read the book. Thanks. --EarthPerson 03:35, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
- I have checked the book and V-17 is the model of a fictional "Atlantic freighter-rocket" that they convert into the rocket ship Galileo. The reason that V-17 may redirect here could be because the rocket from which the book is named is an altered V-17. As there is no actual V-17 rocket and there is an actual V-17 truck, this seems to me to be a disingenuous link that would be best removed as it is, at best, a trivial detail of the book that occupies a page or two at the end of chapter 3.
