Suppose I'll handle this as well. Taylor Trescott - my talk + my edits 11:00, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
Alright, here we go!
- In the episode, SpongeBob got stranded in an aphotic zone called Rock Bottom. "got" -> "becomes" per WP:TENSE

- The cliff leads to a sort of aphotic zone called Rock Bottom, inhabited by multiple strange deep-sea animals. Remove the "sort of"

- Williams cited the episode as "so small that you could explore gags and opportunities for gags." I'm not sure "cited" is the best word here. The source just says "It was so small that you could explore gags and opportunities for gags." so try Williams said the episode was "so small that you could explore gags and opportunities for gags."

- Nancy Basile of the About.com drop the superfluous "the"

- Estep remarked she mentioned made the episode "so well-remembered." This doesn't make sense.

- The episode "Rock Bottom" Since this an article about the episode, you can drop the "the episode" as there's not going to be any confusion over what it is.

- The ride based on the series first opened remove the "based on the series" - it's obvious

Decluttering the plot section
[edit]The entire plot section is a piece by piece recollection of the episode, with several unnecessary details about the plot, as well as numerous run-on sentences. I want to reach a consensus before I try to declutter the article. Anyone against this?Club On a Sub 20 (talk) 18:46, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
