KFC - dad or granddad?

The citation supports this article saying that her father brought KFC to Spain "...padre de Monasterio, de origen cubano...decidió importar en nuestro país la franquicia estadounidense Kentucky Fried Chicken", but the strapline of the source calls her "nieta del hombre que trajo a España el KFC". In general, information in the main body of a news source is more reliable, as headlines and other appendices can be added by someone with less knowledge of the subject, so I would lean on it being her father, but it's also a reason to question the responsibility of the source.
