About the Robinson Center "Second Act" page
[edit]The Robinson Center "Second Act" webpage was about a complete reconstruction and expansion of the Robinson Center. In case anyone needs to add some info about the project to the article:
- The auditorium's interior was gutted and completely rebuilt.
- The new auditorium has 2,214 seats.
- The Conference Center was relocated from the basement to a two-story glass and steel addition on the north side of the building.
- The architectural firms responsible for the project are Ennead Architects and Polk Stanley Wilcox.
- The reconstruction took place from July 2014 to November 2016; It cost US$70.5 million.
