House, or its Occupant?

My major concern with this article is that, except for a few sentences, it's about Robert La Follette, Sr., the house's most famous occupant, rather than about the house/property itself. There's barely enough content to justify having an independent article. There's a long list of questions I would expect to be answered by a Wikipedia article; all absent here.
