It seems that the section of this article "Bridges Project and settlement agreement" paints the River Fields organization in an overly positive light. Rather than simply presenting the various dimensions to the argument, the author of this section seems to be presenting the River Fields position as the only correct solution. The author makes no reference to supporting documentation, and makes little to no attempt to present the other side of the argument. For these reasons, I have tagged this section with a POV tag. In order to remove this tag, I would suggest the following criteria:
(1) Citation of sources;
(2) Discussion of alternatives to River Fields' proposals;
(3) Details of the settlement agreement;
(4) Details of various attempts to address River Fields' concerns prior to the lawsuit;
and (5) Referencing contemporaneous news sources
