[edit]To my knowledge Cromford Canal only touches Amber valley briefly at jumction with Derwent valley ? can any body clarify as my 1:25000 maps not clear where canal goes here. - BulldozerD11 (talk) 20:09, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
- I'm not entirely sure where Amber Valley goes (Towards Ashover?) The Cromford Canal turned up the Amber Valley to Bull Bridge then turned towards Ripley where it went through Butterley Tunnel towards Pinxton. From BullBridge it has virtualy disappeared partly because of the closure of Butterley Tunnel and partly the removal of the Bullbridge Aqueduct. Chevin (talk) 17:24, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
Geobox
[edit]Have updated this article with new Geobox, image and relief map and flow data. Previous update was 2009, so thought no one would mind, or not too much. Jokulhlaup (talk) 22:25, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
