Charts frustration!

[edit]

I am extremely extremely frustrated as I am not allowed to revert edits of mine that other users have reverted. This is very annoying when I correct a chart position from the OOC (which isn't even the correct abbeviated version) to the Official Charts Company is the bracketed section of the charts and get it reverted. Furthermore, I get messages on my talk page saying how I am editing for the sake of it. I mean what is this?! I am being personally victimized and not given a chance here and I am really dissapointed. On ALL SINGLE ARTICLES it is written as for example: UK Singles (Official Charts Company) not UK (OOC). Really annoyed! I would like an apology from AARONTALK and for you to revert the edit you reverted of mine as mine is actually the correct one I think you will find! I agree, UK Singles (Official Charts Company) looks way better than UK Singles (OCC). Also, if anyone happens to read this. "Right Now" is #51 in Australia. Till 06:01, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Source please? — Tomíca(T2ME) 08:38, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I already added it, obviously. Till 09:42, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Didn't notice actually. — Tomíca(T2ME) 09:43, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Background

[edit]

"Following the commercial and critical success of her sixth studio album Talk That Talk (2011) and its six singles—including "We Found Love", a number one hit that topped the charts in more than 20 countries worldwide including the US— Rihanna began "working on the new sound" for her seventh studio album in March 2012, even though she had not yet begun recording.[1] On September 12, 2012, Def Jam France announced via Twitter that Rihanna would release a new single the upcoming week while her seventh studio album is scheduled to be released in November 2012. However, the tweet was shortly deleted and replaced with another clarifying that "more information will be made available tomorrow, Thursday, September 13".[2] Right after her performance at the iHeartRadio music festival in September 2012, Rihanna revealed that her single "Diamonds" would be released the same month.[3] Via her official Twitter account, Rihanna posted series of "teasing" tweets announcing her seventh studio album.[4] On October 11, 2012, in one of her tweets revealed that the title of her new album is Unapologetic.[5]

During one of the teasing tweets Rihanna wrote, "There's another secret collab on #UNAPOLOGETIC. "Guess who is featured on the #7th song [Right Now] on #UNAPOLOGETIC, HINT: his birthday is tomorrow November #7th."[6] In a followed tweet, she explicitly revealed that the secret artist is the French disk-jockey David Guetta. Via his official Twitter account, Guetta also responded, "No more secrets I produced for @rihanna with @stargate and @nickyromero right now huge club beat and also my first urban beat fresh off."[6] Rihanna and Guetta have previously collaborated on "Who's That Chick?" (2010), which is included in the re-release of his second studio album One Love (2009), entitled One More Love (2010).[7]"

The edits I made prior to Calvin999 reverting were constructive and correct. However Calvin999 reverted the removal of this section of Background. I have said before and I will say again, this is not relevant! None of this information has any relevance to the song itself! It needs to be removed! It's Background about the album in which the song comes from, hence background information. You don't have a valid point here. Stop looking for things to say which are not constructive. Why are you posting this everywhere??? AARONTALK 01:58, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Right Now release date for the US is May 13th — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.195.133.53 (talk) 08:43, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
