LEAG-- notable?

[edit]

The bio had the following text: "This year he joined NASA's Lunar Exploration Analysis Group, which is laying out the framework for the first human outpost on the Moon and steps towards putting humans on Mars." Since the LEAG is open to anybody who wants to attend a meeting (the 2005 meeting report list of members is nine pages long), I'm not sure that this is notable enough to mention. In any case, searching the LEAG site, I see him listed only in 2005 and again in Oct. 2007 (both of these dates when the LEAG meeting was in Texas), this seems relatively minor as a part of his bio. Was he born?

[edit]

The article talks about how Tumlinson created some animated videos in his early years - but when was this? The article doesn't say when he was born. His website has a lot of photographs of him standing next to other people but nothing about his academic qualifications, work experience, or even when or where he was born. Is he a US citizen? I have no idea. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 18:18, 15 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Seems to have been born in 1956. I didn't witness it personally. Equinox 22:34, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
