Why Football?
[edit]I don't know or care anything about Football. There is an important British writer, blogger, and activist named Richard Seymour. His significance matches (and probably eclipses) that of any football player.
If the editors think that Richard Seymour, the football player, is so important, the link should go straight to a disambiguation page, not straight to the football player. ---Dagme (talk) 21:11, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
- What purpose would having it go to a disambiguation page serve? Those looking for the writer would still need to click an extra link, and moving this page would just inconvenience those looking for the athlete. FWIW this page (the athlete) is much more popular than the other. In September, this page was viewed 9509 times whereas the writer's was viewed 768 times. Even if you assume all 768 of those people came to this page first, you'd still have 11 times as many people coming to the athlete's page than the writer's page.
