I've looked and failed to find any references to support this text. He is listed on the Defence Services Secretary page but that is also unreferenced. I doubt whether this subject needs a stand-alone article. I need to move on now. I tried.--Plad2 (talk) 06:53, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
