Contentious material
[edit]Tkfy7cf, unless you're finding arrest records reported in newspapers, they don't belong in an encyclopedia articles. Lesser Cartographies (talk) 20:47, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
- Additionally, as has been noted by others who have reverted this change, such charges would be notable if they were levied against Richard G. Scott himself, but where they are being levied against his son, there is no reason to take note of them. Scott hasn't made an issue out of his son's circumstances, and without a reliable source, it's all speculation anyways. Very bad form to insist that it belongs in an article about the defendant's father. --Jgstokes (talk) 06:55, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
New Developments?
[edit]Per KSL.com: Elder Richard G. Scott is not participating in meetings of the LDS Church's Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, of which he is a member, due to "a fading memory incident to age," according to a news release issued Friday afternoon. I think perhaps this is worth mentioning, including his previous incident last month where he was hospitalized due to a bleeding ulcer. Perhaps under "declining health." [1]
