  • The lead is kind of heavy on jargon and assuming people know where clubs like Walsall and Port Vale are. Also "as the club rose from the fourth to the second tier." begs the question, tiers of what?
  • The lead should also likely mention when he retired from footy?
  • "after 67 minutes – Newcastle United finished 4–2 winners." Citation?
  • "on 74 minutes" Is that the proper wording in BritEng? We in America would say "in the 74th minute"
  • Might be worth mentioning that Welsh clubs play in the English league system, this is not obvious to outsiders and would be confusing to those who don't know.
  • "also picking up eight cautions along the way" Cautions are more typically called yellow cards, right? ANd we have an article on yellow cards you could link to.
  • " in a 2–0 defeat by League Two Barnet" What competition was this in?
  • "four times less" is an awkward phrasing. Maybe "a fourth of" would be simpler?
  • Anything more that can be said about his performances/playing time at KR Reykjavík and Sabah FA?
  • " 1–0 awaawayoy " Hmm...
  • "The Welsh team drew one and lost nine" According to the article, Wales didn't make that championship. DO you mean qualifying for the tournament proper here?
  • Has he actually retired? Or just not played in four years?

That's all from me. On hold. Courcelles (talk) 16:32, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Courcelles: Thanks very much for the review. I've worked on the points raised above to fix errors and expand where possible. Let me know what you think. Kosack (talk) 19:37, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
