This page suddenly mentions HDL2, whithout explaining what it is and how it differs from HDL.

Also several enzymes are mentioned. Which ones are located in or on the HDL particles? Where are the others located? Do the HDL particles have to dock onto a receptor in order to avail themselves of the services of these enzymes?

Are there regulatory factors which maintain "HDL particle homeostasis" in the circulatory system?

The article should also have an extensive and detailed discussion of the connections with arterial plaque. I think this is what most readers would be interested in. -- Solo Owl 17:02, 17 September 2013 (UTC)
