Splitting England into regions

[edit]

Hey, so given England is blooming massive, I think it makes sense to divide the country into regions, say London, Yorkshire, Southwest, Northeast and so on. Also maybe have a small collapsable table at the very bottom showing the total for all England as well, but I'm not sure personally. Anyone have thoughts? Honestly, I'd rather be able to have one sortable table for everything, so I could sort the whole country by, say, Lib Dem total or something. Add a column for region so you can sort by that if you want to. john k (talk) 12:36, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. The current table is already sortable by region and county. Perhaps 2024 United Kingdom general election in England could host separate tables for each region. Jacoby531 (talk) 14:24, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
A question: is this a work in progress? I've noticed at least a few seats missing (e.g. Chelmsford, Chesham and Amersham) john k (talk) 12:38, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, this is a WIP. This only properly began last Saturday, so there are still things occurring as of present Essexman03 (talk) 14:10, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Islington South and Finsbury appears twice. 84.64.252.155 (talk) 02:52, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Richmond and Northallerton

[edit]

The constituency of Richmond and Northallerton is said to be in NE (North East England). However, other Wikipedia pages and other sources, say it is in YTH (Yorkshire and the Humber). Is there a way to confirm which one it is in, and if it is indeed in YTH, to change this? Thank you! 84.64.252.155 (talk) 03:19, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Same to Cheltenham. It says SE (South East England), but in other pages and sources it says SW (South West England).
It also says South West England when you over the SE for Cheltenham, but not for other constituencies with SE (for which it says South East England)... 84.64.252.155 (talk) 03:37, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Same applies to Yeovil. 84.64.252.155 (talk) 03:42, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And to: Torbay, Taunton and Wellington, Tewkesbury, Tiverton and Minehead, South Devon, South Cotswolds, North Devon, North Cotswolds, Newton Abbot, Melksham and Devizes, Honiton and Sidmouth, Gloucester, Glastonbury and Somerton, Frome and East Somerset. 84.64.252.155 (talk) 04:07, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Additionally, there are two North West Cambridgeshire. One of them is actually North West Essex. (If hovered upon, one does say North West Essex.) 90.241.203.201 (talk) 15:52, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thornbury and Yate

[edit]

Thornbury and Yate doesn't have any "other" votes, according to this page, but the bar signalling lack of votes, is shifted to the right, rather than being in the centre, and its background isn't light grey as the others. (It should be consistent -in its presentation- with the other cases where there are no votes.) Thank you! 84.64.222.245 (talk) 16:32, 15 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
