General Synod 5 populated

Added title abstracts as found in the new structure on uccfiles.com/synod . Removed the "empty section" template. The reference for GS5 is actually a master chronological reference for the entire body of resolutions (through GS30, as GS31 won't be listed until October when the minutes are approved). I do fear that when this reference is updated it might get a new link, which would break everything again. So, I'm reluctant to do anything with the other 29 sections for the time being! Links broken
