It is a gilaki sweet

[edit]

It is disrespectful to Muslims to say that they all eat this, it is only one province in iran that makes this sweet and therefore you’re leaving out other Muslims both in and outside of Iran. It is not a Ramadan feast, if it was, then more than gilaks would consume it. Gilaki.ph (talk) 16:51, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It literally states that it is from that province so it is not saying all muslims eat it. Also sources show that its made especially in ramadan not that it is a ramadan feast. Your removal of ramadan comes across as at least disruptive if not vandalistic. https://ifpnews.com/reshteh-khoshkar/ https://www.insider.com/reshteh-khoshkar-is-an-iranian-dessert-2019-5 Lavalizard101 (talk) 17:33, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
What are all the sources? I would like to know if you’re from Gilan? I have a family line who made these and we eat them at all times and not more or less during any time. I can’t wrap my head around how it could possibly be vandalism as I am correcting information? I believe that you should take into consideration that you might be mistaken. The sources are the links to above (ifpnews source used in article). Also especially =/= only. Wikipedia uses sources, personal knowledge is not acceptable. Lavalizard101 (talk) 17:46, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
