Under Hit and Run, please state:

Remy Ong has made multiple claims to the media that the dog only "brushed" his car. However according to witnesses who circulated a bulletin around Facebook, this is not true. The bulletin went viral and caused an uproar amidst the online community in Singapore.

Facebook is not considered a reliable source by wikipedia standards though. However, one way to get around this is if a news source or some other reliable source reported what was being spread virally, in which case we can include a writeup about that instead. So what?

[edit]

So he hit a dog while driving on the road. So what? Is this even a incident that is worth mentioning in a biography of a living person? We are writing an encyclopedia, not reporting on all the minor incidents in any individual's life. — Nearly Headless Nick {C} 11:15, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the "hit and run" section as per WP:NPF. This is currently under discussion on WP:BLPN. Do not restore until there is consensus on BLPN. — Nearly Headless Nick {C} 11:46, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I agree it should stay removed until the BLPN discussion achieves a consensus. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:51, 22 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I dont see any addition of Remy Ong in the said link. 182.55.242.227 (talk) 14:55, 23 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's item 43 at Wikipedia:BLPN#Remy Ong -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 15:02, 23 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I don't care whether it's included, but I'd prefer discussion to take place on this page (rather than a BLP noticeboard chat that no one will be able to find later). the wub "?!" 15:53, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
When it's run its course, we can add a link here to the archived discussion -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 16:19, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wut? This is just a single sentence, not even full stops thrown in for good measure. Removed. Overmage (talk) 03:17, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
