Figures and sources
[edit]I have two concerns. First how reliable is the 2014 census, http://www.ins.ci/n/documents/RGPH2014_expo_dg.pdf? Second I note the report distinguishes between citizens and non-citizens and given the large numbers of the latter (about 24.2% of the population) this does affect numbers. For instance 39.1% of citizens are Christian and 33.7% are Muslim while for the total population those figures are 33.9% and 42.9% (the 72% of non-citizens are Muslim). This should be covered in the article and we need to be careful when evaluating over sources of figures whether they are discussing all residents or just citizens. I'm inclined to think that the CIA factbook is using just citizens. Also where did the info for the table listing earlier numbers come from? If we don't have a source it has to go.--Erp (talk) 15:37, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
I agree. You have to distinguish between citizen and non-citizens but even those non-citizens if they werent planned to be counted.Wouldnt be on the list.So obviously they will most likely either become citizen.Vast majority of them — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.7.5.106 (talk) 08:20, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
Percentages
[edit]The Chart up at the top of the page doesn't align with the information stated below, there's a big gap between the percentage of Christians in the chart and what is said below, and same for Muslims — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mmillers82 (talk • contribs) 19:50, 12 November 2018 (UTC)
