One of the sources quoted on this page - Bill Gunstone's "Back to the Drawing Board -Aircraft that Flew but Never Took Off" - Does not even mention the RS1 "Snargasher" - The pages quoted (pages 136-137) are devoted to the prone-pilot method of piloting and mention in passing the RS3 Desford's transition to the RS4 Bobsleigh and the prone-position Meteor.
