Alexandra Knatchbull

[edit]

Should Alexandra Knatchbull be included in "Distinguished Old Members"? She appears to be a graduate of the college, but I don't know if she counts as "distinguished", or just slightly famous. If somebody else wants to add her, fine, but I shan't do so myself.

NB: in case anybody was thinking of changing it back, there is no need to have "Dr" in front of somebody's name if you have "DPhil" (etc) after it! In fact, to do so looks messy and is wrong really. Same goes for Professor.

What do you mean by "Same goes for Professor"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.153.242.77 (talk) 23:03, 16 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

one of the only

[edit]

What does "one of the only" mean in the sentence "It is one of the only academic institutions within the University of Oxford to have accepted women as well as men since before the mid-twentieth century, with women attending the College since the 1920s." 109.153.242.77 (talk) 23:01, 16 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
