Anecdotal Pre-pubescent refractory periods

[edit]

Removed this as not supported by reference. Don’t think anything of that nature should be on the page without an excellent supportive reference and not only was it not supported the reference led to an online guide for how women can increase their man’s sexual pleasure. I left the reference so it can easily be checked but it doesn’t meet Wikipedia standards for a reliable reference and should be removed from the article entirely. Dakinijones, regarding this? The themarriagebed.com is a very poor source anyway. Per WP:SCHOLARSHIP and WP:MEDRS, that source should be replaced. Or that source and the content it's supposed to be supporting should be removed. Flyer22 Frozen (talk) 21:35, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
On second thought...all of that material is in the "Media" section, which doesn't require the same strict sourcing as other parts of the article. And you removed the only material that the themarriagebed.com source was used to support. So I will remove the source now. Flyer22 Frozen (talk) 21:39, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The Finland study

[edit]

The Finland study doesn't support what it's used for on the page. Generalrelative is wrong that I removed it because of a campaign against MordvinEvgen. I went to Generalrelative's talk page and said what the issues are with MordvinEvgen's changes to pages. Mam honor. Nigdy bym tego nie skompromitował. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.61.162.219 (talk) 05:25, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Confusing sentence

[edit]

"Another chemical which is considered to be responsible for the male refractory period is prolactin, which is repressed by dopamine, and is responsible for sexual arousal."

Is that last bit meant to say "..., which is responsible for sexual arousal."? Because as it stands it doesn't make any sense. Prinsgezinde (talk) 10:23, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
