I don't understand why this would be a speedy deletion. Refik Halili is the president of Sk Tirana since May 29, 2008, what is the problem?--Sulmues 20:02, 29 June 2008 (UTC)

The problem, my friend, is that there is nothing in the article to support a claim of notability. Who is Mr. Halili? What has he done with his life? And where are the independent references to confirm his notability? Ecoleetage (talk) 21:28, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
