This is quite unclear: "The Receiver General of the Isle of Man was a appointed made by the Lieutenant Governor." Might a word be missing after "appointed" or could "appointed" really be "appointment"? Whatever wording was intended (perhaps "appointed" is a technical term) Should not "a" be "an".SilasW 19:49, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
