Can a place with a population of 246 be called a city?? That sounds very wrong to me, but not being familiar with US definitions of such vocabulary I won't change it...

In Georgia, there are only cities and counties. There are no towns of villages. --Mjrmtg 18:25, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
