[edit]Hello gppande,
Thanks for adding to and improving this article. To explain my recent edits:
- Mohyals indeed have a long and well documented tradition of military service that goes way back into history. So I have restored that mention, with one more refrence.
- "Rose through ranks" - In the military, this term is typically used for non-commissioned officers working their way up to a commission- so I've reworded it.
- The process of selecting the Defence Attache is very much official; The unofficial bit is in considering the shortlisted ones as the best three of the Army. I apologise if my earlier choice of words caused any confusion on this count.
