Greetings, I have tried to enter the RationalWiki site several times today and keep getting the notice below. I don't speak Error Messages. Has the site folded?
Error 503 Backend fetch failed Backend fetch failed Guru Meditation: XID: 511705627 Varnish cache server
I mean it's definitely down at the moment. Unsure why. A 503 sometimes indicates a DDOS in progress. Or it might just be undergoing server maintenance. Simonm223 (talk) 19:18, 27 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
For us non-wiki-geeks who look at 'various bits of the Wikiverse including Rationalwiki' - what do the terms mean? Is there/could there be a 'Non-Geeks' Guide to Wikiverse Terms (such as these)'? Even if aspects differ depending upon which system is in use it would be helpful (including for those who try and answer questions). Jackiespeel (talk) 13:12, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
